Place the hip seat high up on the waist, preferably below the rib cage, and tighten it as tight as possible for maximum stability and ergonomics. If the child slides, it may be because the hip seat is not tight enough or hip up, or that it is too large in the waist measurement. Adjust and tighten. Please contact us if it still does not work.
